How to Request Account Deletion

Send a deletion request via email
Email us at aresprotocol.hybridathlete.com@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Ares Protocol account so we can locate your data.

Identity verification
For your security, we will verify your identity by sending a confirmation to the email address on file for your account. You must confirm from that email to proceed.

Deletion is processed
Once verified, your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Data That May Be Retained

Retention Details
Certain data may be retained beyond the deletion date only when required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes:
- Financial records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained indefinitely to improve the service.
- Data involved in any active dispute or legal matter may be retained until the matter is resolved.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your workout history, personal records, competition data, and training progress will be lost. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
